Você terá acesso ao Lich Hell somente apos completar a VoodooMaster Quest que lhe permitirá passar pela barreira de energia em Goroma, então você terá duas maneiras para chegar até o local, uma pelo vulcão Hellgore e outra diretamente por Ramoa, após ter completado a The Shattered Isles Quest.
É um local de caça bastante interessante para Mages e Paladins uma vez que existem muitas criaturas que fogem de você em combate corpo-a-corpo, sendo assim perigoso lurar muitas criaturas quando se caça aqui com um Knight.

Desça novamente no local indicado.
Siga até o local indicado e use uma Pick, como você pode ver na imagem abaixo. No caminho você encontrará criaturas como Bonebeasts, Necromancers e outras.
Use a Pick aqui e desça para finalmente chegar ao Lich Hell.
