Sobre o Local
O portal que leva ao Nightmare Isles, ficará acessível em três pontos no deserto de Darama, (33029,32404,7:4aqui
, 33219,32276,7:4aqui ou 33254,32677,7:4aqui).
É um excelente lugar para caçadas em grupo, o labirinto é protegido por Choking Fears, Retching Horrors e Silencers. Nas profundezas deste lugar, você encontrará alguns Terrorsleeps.
Esse lugar apenas se tornará acessível quando a Mini World Change Nightmare Isles estiver ativa.

Neste local, você poderá obter um Nightmare Teddy. Para conseguir este item, o personagem deve não só derrotar todos os 5 Terrorsleeps, como causar neles o maior dano.
