As seguintes tasks exigem o rank de cidadão "Citizen" da Rathleton Quest.

The Mutant Glooth Plague

Método

Encontre a NPC Georgia Rainbird, ao nordeste da Glooth Factory. Fale com ela sobre uma mission.

Ela lhe entregará um Strange Device e pedirá para você obter os seguintes itens:

• 5 Bronze Gear Wheels, que podem ser dropados de Rustheap Golems, Glooth Golems e Metal Gargoyles.
• 1 Glass Tube, que pode ser obtido com o NPC Elbert, ex-assistente de Georgia.
• 1 Copper Valve, que pode ser retirado dos encanamentos das cavernas ao redor da Glooth Factory.
• 1 Calibrated Indicator Gauge, que pode ser obtido num acampamento de Glooth Bandits e Glooth Brigands.

Para conseguir o Glass Tube, siga para o sul e encontre o NPC Elbert.

Fale com ele sobre o glass tube para que ele lhe entregue o item.

Para obter a Copper Valve, procure por válvulas avermelhadas nos encanamentos das cavernas. Uma delas fica ao norte do NPC Elbert. Assim que encontrar uma, basta dar "use" nela para obtê-la:

O último item para obter é um Calibrated Indicator Gauge, que foi roubado por Glooth Bandits. Portanto, siga para o acampamento deles, conforme o mapa abaixo:

Chegando lá, abra o baú para obter o item.

Agora, retorne ao laboratório da NPC Georgia Rainbird e use todos os itens obtidos no Strange Device que ela lhe entregou no começo da task para transformá-lo num Glooth Converter. Depois, simplesmente diga hi para ela lhe dizer o que fazer em seguida.

Agora, você precisa obter um Crimson Crest Mushroom. Para isso, basta dar "use" em um daqueles pequenos cogumelos vermelhos que ficam próximos aos "lagos" cor-de-rosa:

Retorne mais uma vez ao laboratório da NPC Georgia e use o cogumelo no Alchemical Apparatus próximo a ela:

Você obterá um Vial of Mushroom Distillate. Use-o no Glooth Converter para transformá-lo num Filled Glooth Converter . Depois, use o Filled Glooth Converter no líquido cor-de-rosa (que é glooth mutante) próximo à NPC para torná-lo verde (glooth normal):

Por último, você terá que repetir sua última ação nos diversos lagos cor-de-rosa existentes nas cavernas ao redor da Glooth Factory. Você deve usar o item no meio dos lagos, não nas bordas:

Quando seu Filled Glooth Converter quebrar, o que deve acontecer depois de corrigir cerca de 8 lagos, volte até a NPC e simplesmente diga hi para completar a missão.

Para obter o Glass Tube:

Jogador: glass tube Elbert: Did Georgia send you? Indeed I have the glass tube you are looking for. Here, take it. I hope you will successfully fight the glooth mutation down here.

Após montar o Glooth Converter:

Jogador: hi Georgia Rainbird: Ah, you did it! You have completed the glooth converter. Now we need an antidote to eliminate the harmful influence of the mutated glooth. Após converter o glooth nos lagos:

Glooth Bandits

Nature's Balance

Drystan Wildweed está em interessado em guerreiros que matem 200 criaturas entre Glooth Bandits e Glooth Brigands. Para iniciar esta tarefa diária, você pode ir até o NPC e dizer thieves - yes, ou então basta matar um desses monstros.

Quando você acumular uma soma de pelo menos 200 Glooth Bandits + Glooth Brigands, vá até o Drystan Wildweed para reportar sua missão. Ele descontará 200 criaturas do seu quest log e contabilizará seus direitos de voto.

Jogador: hi Drystan Wildweed: I still have trouble with those annoying thieves - despite them having significantly weakened after your recent endeavours, though. Jogador: thieves Drystan Wildweed: Some utterly annoying rascals rove about in these tunnels. They are stealing glooth based weaponry and devastate the flora and fauna down here. They threaten the natural balance. Would you go and eliminate some for me? Jogador: yes Drystan Wildweed: I knew you would be willing to help nature. Weed out two hundred of them. That should bring some relief for these caves.

Glooth Capsules

Elbert precisa de você para recuperar 10 Glooth Capsules que foram roubadas por Glooth Bandits e Glooth Brigands. Fale com ele as palavras trouble - yes para receber a missão.

Glooth Capsules e Tainted Glooth Capsules podem ser obtidos como loot de Glooth Bandits e Glooth Brigands. Glooth Capsules podem ser entregues normalmente para o NPC, enquanto que as Tainted Glooth Capsules precisam ser convertidas antes de ser entregues. Para convertê-las, você precisará de um Filled Glooth Converter. Veja como obter um desses no spoiler da task The Mutant Glooth Plague, disponível acima.

Simplesmente use seu Filled Glooth Converter nas Tainted Glooth Capsules para transformá-las em Glooth Capsules nomais.

Depois de juntar 10 dessas cápsulas, basta ir ao NPC e dizer yes

O NPC Elbert está procurando pela origem dos Glooth Bandits e Glooth Brigands, que constantemente tentam roubar a Glooth Factory. Logo, converse com ele para iniciar a missão.

Antes de mais nada, você deve conseguir 2 itens: um Dead Rat e 1 Dinky Moss Floret Garland.

O Dead Rat pode ser obtido ao dar "use" em um dos Heap of Rubbishes presentes nas cavernas ao redor da Glooth Factory.

Para conseguir uma Dinky Moss Floret Garland, comece procurando por Dinky Moss Floret (Objeto) , isto é, pequenos arranjos de flores encontrados nas cavernas de Glooth Bandits e Glooth Brigands. Dê "use" em três deles para obter 3 Dinky Moss Florets.

Agora, combine 2 Dinky Moss Florets (use um no outro) para obter Interwoven Moss Florets . Depois, use a Dinky Moss Floret restante no Interwoven Moss Florets para obter uma Dinky Moss Floret Garland .

Feito isso, siga o mapa abaixo (a partir do centro da Glooth Factory). Você chegará num local com 4 estátuas apontadas para um portal. Você precisará realizar uma ação em cada estátua antes de poder entrar no portal.

• Na estátua do norte, você deverá usar sua Holy Water.
• Na estátua do oeste, você deverá tocar uma Lyre.
• Na estátua do sul, você deverá usar o Dead Rat.
• Na estátua do leste, você deverá apagar a tocha (dê "use" nela) e, depois, usar a Dinky Moss Floret Garland nela.

Agora, entre no portal do centro das estátuas. Você chegará num local com alguns Glooth Bandits e Glooth Brigands. Siga o caminho até encontrar um Warlock. Mate-o e, por fim, abra uma estante próxima para obter um Parchment.

Retorne até o Elbert com esse documento em sua Backpack e converse com ele para completar a missão.

Elbert: I don't believe that these thieves act on their own behalf. There must be someone behind this gang. I want you to find this person. Would you help me? Jogador: yes Elbert: Excellent! I even have a little hint: One of my labourers got lost in the south-western tunnels some days ago. There he heard that some glooth bandits were approaching and wisely hid himself. But suddenly they disappeared. ... Elbert: I assume they have a sort of secret hideout in this area.

Entregando a missão:

Jogador: hi Elbert: That is most interesting news! Thank you for your efforts and risk-taking. Sure, if this ominous Circle of the Black Sphinx is behind all that, a successor for this warlock might appear. ... Elbert: But at least for now the danger is averted. And if you find some more glooth capsules, bring them back to me, please.

Tending Gloothworms

Essa tarefa é, na verdade, um conjunto de três mini-tarefas que devem ser feitas em seguida. Essas mini-tarefas variam e são escolhidas aleatoriamente entre 4 possibilidades. Para saber qual tarefa você terá que fazer, você precisará dar "use" numa Glooth Data Machine e, em seguida, falar com o NPC Wesley para que ele lhe explique a mensagem da máquina.

Portanto, comece indo até o Wesley e peça uma mission. Ele pedirá para você ir até a máquina que fica ao nordeste dele.

Chegando lá, simplesmente dê "use" na máquina para receber uma mensagem em código binário, cheia de zeros e uns.

Volte até o Wesley e diga report. Agora, você precisará fazer uma das quatro mini-tarefas conforme a fala do NPC.

• Se a fala dele iniciar com The ground has taken up too much water!, você deverá fazer a mini-tarefa Calibrating the Irrigation Funnels.
• Se a fala dele iniciar com The gloothworms need feeding!, você deverá fazer a mini-tarefa Feeding the Worms.
• Se a fala dele iniciar com There's too much excremental floss around the gloothworm tubes!, você deverá fazer a mini-tarefa Rake Away.
• Se a fala dele iniciar com The gloothworms need distilled water!, você deverá fazer a mini-tarefa Distilled Water.

Você também pode olhar no seu quest log o nome da mini-tarefa que você precisa fazer.

Depois de realizar a primeira mini-tarefa, você precisará repetir os passos acima, isto é, deverá ir mais uma vez até a máquina, dar "use" nela e dizer novamente report para o Wesley. Você receberá outra mini-tarefa, conforme as falas acima. Depois de completar uma segunda mini-tarefa, você precisará fazer a terceira. Terminando a terceira, diga report novamente para o Wesley e ele contabilizará seus direitos de voto.

Wesley: Take a look at the gloothworm surveillance machine in the northern cave and then tell me what it says.

Calibrating the Irrigation Funnels

Wesley disse que os dispositivos de irrigação da fazenda de Gloothworms estão desregulados. Portanto, você precisará ir em cada um deles (são 7 no total) e dar "use". Siga para a fazenda dos Gloothworms, ao nordeste da máquina, e procure por Irrigation Funnels. Dê "use" em todos eles para completar a mini-tarefa.

Volte até o Wesley e diga report para completar a mini-tarefa.

Rake Away

Wesley disse que os Gloothworms estão crescendo demais. Ele lhe entregará um Rake e pedirá sua ajuda para contê-los. Siga para a fazenda dos Gloothworms e procure por Small Gloothworm Tubes. Você deverá usar seu Rake em 10 deles para completar a mini-tarefa.

Depois de usar nos 10, volte até o Wesley e diga report para completar a mini-tarefa.

Distilled Water

Wesley disse que os dispositivos de irrigação estão sem água e que os Gloothworms são sensíveis, só aceitam água destilada. Portanto, vá até uma das Distilling Machines ao oeste do NPC e use-as para obter Distilled Water.

Depois, siga para a fazenda dos Gloothworms e use seu recipiente com Distilled Water em todos os 7 Irrigation Funnels, os mesmos que devem ser usados na mini-tarefa "Calibrating the Irrigation Funnels".

Feito isso, siga novamente até o Wesley e diga report para completar a mini-tarefa.

Feeding the Worms

Wesley lhe entregará uma Hoe e pedirá para você coletar 5 Fungus Powders para alimentar os Gloothworms. Siga para a caverna ao sudeste dele (desça o buraco próximo e depois suba um buraco ao sul).

Você chegará num local cheio de cogumelos. Procure por Edible Rock Fungis e use sua Hoe neles para obter Fungus Powders.

Depois, siga até a fazenda de Gloothworms e use os Fungus Powders em 5 Small Gloothworm Tubes.

Siga novamente até o Wesley e diga report para completar a mini-tarefa.

Go to the cave southeast of here and shred some of the mushrooms into flakes. You need exactly 5 doses. Here, take this hoe to do it. ... Wesley: When you have 5 doses of fungus powder, scatter all 5 doses on the gloothworm tubes in the farm. Return to me after that.

The Gloud Ship

Na primeira vez que você for fazer essa missão, ela precisa ser feita completa, na ordem abaixo indicada. Depois de completá-la pela primeira vez, você poderá realizar cada uma das três sub-missões (Strong Cloth, Bottle of Airtight Gloo e Filled Gas Bag) separadamente quando quiser.

Requerimentos:

• 20 Pieces of Crocodile Leather
• 10 Shrimps

Strong Cloth

Para começar a missão, você deve conversar com o NPC Zeronex. Ele fica no último andar de um prédio ao sul de Oramond, ao oeste do NPC Yeo.

Ele pedirá para você conversar com o NPC Nicholas. Siga para o centro de Rathleton com as Pieces of Crocodile Leather em mãos e suba o elevador, (___________), para encontrá-lo. Diga hi - strong cloth. Ele pedirá as Pieces of Crocodile Leather. Entregue-as a ele para receber um Milking Fork e continuar a task.

Agora, siga para um edifício ao oeste de Rathleton, (33551,31928,7:4aqui). Entre no prédio e procure por algumas pequenas aranhas andando em alguns cantos. Use seu Milking Fork nelas para obter Steel Spider Silks.

Repita o processo até obter 15 Steel Spider Silks,

Nota: Depois de usar o Milking Fork numa aranha, você precisará esperar 1 minuto até poder usá-lo novamente na mesma aranha.

Agora, siga para uma construção ao sul de Rathleton, (33614,31960,7:5aqui). Dentro do prédio, haverá uma máquina chamada Yarn-winding Winch. Use as Steel Spider Silks nela para obter um Spool of Steel Silk Yarn.

Depois, siga para uma sala abaixo do Zeronex, (33605,31976,4:5aqui), para encontrar uma máquina chamada Weaving Loom Winch. Use a Spool of Steel Silk Yarn nela para obter uma Strong Cloth.

Retorne no NPC Zeronex para continuar/completar a task.

Bottle of Airtight Gloo

Ele dirá que precisa de Airtight Gloo, uma espécie de cola. Para obtê-la, vá até o NPC Yeo com os 10 Shrimps em sua Backpack. Converse com ele dizendo gloo. Depois, converse com ele mais uma vez e diga gloo - yess. Ele lhe dará um frasco com Gloo.

Agora, você precisa incrementar o líquido que o Yeo lhe deu para transformá-lo em Airtight Gloo. Para isso, entre nessa construção, (33608,31948,7:5aqui), que fica próxima ao local onde você usou suas Steel Spider Silks. Entre no prédio e abra os objetos indicados nas imagens abaixo:

Você obterá Glooth Farina, Glooth Vinegar e Pink Gloud Essence.

Com todos os objetos em mãos, entre na construção ao lado da que você está, (33622,31945,7:5aqui). Você encontrará dois Glooth Cauldrons. Use seu Gloo em um deles e você obterá uma mensagem. Agora, continue dando "use" no caldeirão para preparar a cola que o Zeronex precisa.

Eventualmente, você precisará usar os itens obtidos no prédio ao lado para complementar a mistura, conforme as mensagens que você receber:

• The concoction is too thick. Liquefy it with glooth vinegar. indica que você precisa usar Glooth Farina no caldeirão.
• The concoction does not stick! Sequester it with glooth farina. indica que você precisa usar Glooth Vinegar no caldeirão.
• ??? indica que você precisa usar Pink Gloud Essence no caldeirão.

Isso pode acontecer mais de uma vez. Além disso, você pode receber um frasco com Glooth Plasma no meio do processo. Use-o e continue fazendo a receita.

Terminando a mistura, você obterá um frasco com Airtight Gloo.

Leve-o para o Zeronex para continuar/completar a task.

Filled Gas Bag

Zeronex lhe entregará um Gas Bag e pedirá para você ir até o seu laboratório, que fica ao sudoeste da Glooth Factory. Desça pelo cano da Glooth Factory, (33652,31942,7:5aqui), e siga o mapa abaixo:

Chegando lá, use as três Glooth Data Machines que estão encostadas nas paredes da sala para regulá-las.

Por último, vá até a Glooth Data Machine no centro do laboratório e use seu Gas Bag nela para enchê-lo.

Volte até o Zeronex para completar a task.
