Christmas Event Rework Contest at TibiaWiki Brazil and Tibia Light

We’re seeking creative and detailed proposals to reimagine how the Christmas event unfolds in the game.

Unleash your creativity and share your vision for a festive adventure that’s purely for fun and imagination! This is your chance to dream big and entertain fellow players with your unique ideas.

Think big! You can design a new boss, introduce a magical new area, craft an engaging storyline, create unique prizes, or anything else your creativity allows. Share your vision and explain it in detail – we can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Disclaimer

This contest is purely for entertainment purposes. The winning idea will not be implemented in the actual game.

Rules

1. The account must be open and publicly visible, allowing verification of the Loyalty Title.
2. If the character chosen for the submission is not the Main Character of the account, both the Main Character and the participating character must be visible on the website (both without hidden status) from the beginning to the end of the contest.
3. Participants must be located on the main continent to receive prizes; characters in Rookgaard or without a vocation are not eligible.
4. Participants must have at least 300 achievement points.
5. You must send the submission in Portuguese or English. If you send it in Portuguese, your submission will be translated by our team for internal voting. If you want to avoid losing any ideas or expressions used in your text because of the translation, send it directly in English.
6. Submissions must be made exclusively in the designated contest channel in the TibiaWiki Brazil Discord.
7. Ideas must be a maximum of 500 words and can include up to 4 optional images. These images can be hand-drawn or created using AI tools for visual representation, but AI-generated text is prohibited for the main rework idea.
8. Participation is prohibited for members of Tibia Wiki and TibiaLight fansites.
9. Each participant may only register with one character per account.
10. Submissions exceeding the word limit or containing prohibited language (e.g., profanity, hate speech, racism) will be disqualified, and AI-generated text will be detected and disqualified.
11. Submissions will undergo Steps 1 and 2 of the internal review methodology and receive either positive or negative feedback. If the feedback is negative, participants will have the opportunity to make changes. However, submissions sent within 12 hours of the deadline will not receive any feedback.

Prizes

The top three winners will be able to choose one prize from the list below:

• The Epic Wisdom
• The Gods' Twilight Doll
• Yellow Rose

In addition, a trophy will be sent to each respective position.

• Golden, Silver, Bronze Warrior Trophy

All top three winners will also receive 25 Christmas Tokens each.

​Prize selection criteria

• 1st Place: Receives the Golden Warrior Trophy and selects one prize from the list. Once chosen, this prize is removed from the options.
• 2nd Place: Receives the Silver Warrior Trophy and selects a prize from the remaining options.
• 3rd Place: Receives the Bronze Warrior Trophy and is awarded the final remaining prize.
• 4rd Place: 250 TC + Santa Doll
• 5rd Place: 250 TC + Santa Hat

Schedule

• 16/12/2024: Official contest launch to the public.
• 16/12/2024 to 06/01/2025: Public submission period for ideas.
• 06/01/2025 to 13/01/2025: Evaluation of submissions and creation of the final list of potential winners.
• 13/01/2025 to 17/01/2025: Sending the finalists’ submissions to CipSoft and fansite members on the Fansite forum for their final verdict.
• 20/01/2025: Official announcement of winners and prize distribution.
