			Um mito sombrio envolve um vale numa ilha perdida, longe no alto mar. Congelado no tempo e no espaço, o local não pode ser localizado em nenhum mapa, nem aparece em muitos contos e lendas de viajantes marítimos. Diz-se que o vale está bem guardado e que há poucas maneiras de lá chegar. Alguns dizem que o acesso é restrito aos “iniciados”, outros falam de guardiões poderosos que impedem qualquer invasão. Diz a lenda que uma esfera mágica de cristal liga qualquer lugar deste reino ao vale isolado, permitindo o acesso aos seus habitantes a partir de qualquer local. A existência da ilha nunca foi provada, nem as suas montanhas alguma vez foram atravessadas. Um antigo viajante afirmou ter visto o vale, seguindo um viajante encapuzado que usou um estranho dispositivo para dobrar o espaço e teletransportar-se para a ilha. O aparelho era maior do que um homem com estranhas criaturas que pareciam estar a segurar uma grande esfera de cristal. Logo após o desaparecimento da figura sombria, ele alegadamente viu uma imagem de um vale azul no cristal, mas não conseguiu segui-lo, pois a maravilhosa miragem desapareceu num piscar de olhos. Quando se aproximou do cristal, outro indivíduo encapuzado apareceu e destruiu o cristal com um golpe poderoso, virando-se para o viajante enquanto este apanhava um pedaço de destroços do cristal esmagado. Detectado e aterrorizado, ele foge através da floresta próxima e para um plano aberto, que se estende pelas colinas ondulantes dos prados áridos que rodeiam a área.

			Diz a lenda que o viajante esculpiu uma miniatura de madeira do dispositivo, modelando cuidadosamente cada detalhe e até colocando o fragmento de cristal em cima dele. O paradeiro desta miniatura permanece desconhecido até aos dias de hoje.

Mystery of the Valley
 
A dark myth surrounds a valley on a lost island, far out on the high seas. Frozen in time and space, the location cannot be pinned on any map, nor does it appear in many tales and legends of seafaring travelers. The valley is said to be well-guarded and there are only a few ways to get there. Some say access is restricted to the "initiated", others talk about mighty guardians preventing any trespassing. Legend has it, that a magical crystal sphere connects any place in this realm to the secluded valley, allowing access to its dwellers from any location. The existence of the island has never been proven, nor have its mountains ever been crossed. An ancient wayfarer claimed to have laid eyes on the valley, tailing a hooded traveler who used a strange device to bend space and teleport to the island. The device was larger than a man with strange creatures that seemed to be holding a large crystal sphere. Right after the shadowy figure disappeared, he allegedly saw an image of a blue valley in the crystal but could not follow as the wonderful mirage vanished in the blink of an eye. When he approached the crystal, another hooded individual appeared and destroyed the crystal with a mighty blow, turning to the wayfarer as he picks up a piece of debris from the smashed crystal. Detected and terrified he flees through the nearby forest and out into an open plane, stretching across the rolling hills of the barren grasslands surrounding the area.
 
Legend has it that the wayfarer carved a wooden miniature of the device, carefully modelling every minute detail and even placing the crystal fragment on top of it. The whereabouts of this miniature remain unknown to this day.
